I learned to sew in my high school home economics class. I loved learning about patterns, fabric and the sewing machine. My mom bought my first sewing machine for me for Christmas.  That was over 40 years ago. I still have that sewing machine. Through my love of sewing, I began to take many sewing classes to learn new techniques. I have also purchased various machines to help me become a better seamstress. Through the years, I have made clothes for my family and myself and costumes for my children.

 

A few years ago, I was interested in Machine Embroidery and became hooked. I love creating new designs and pieces. I especially love that I can create a piece quickly and see a finished product, because what seamstress doesn’t have unfinished projects.

 

I started my business in 2016 and it has taken off quickly. While my specialty is machine embroidery, I continue to make costumes for my daughters, but now I create costumes for the Dance Studio where they dance, and recently I began to make Cosplay Costumes for my daughter who attends Comic Con Festivals. I also do alterations on Prom Dresses, and special orders upon request.
